Hi! There doesn’t seem to be any information here that I can access. Is this site still being built? I’m trying to find info on a 1960’s troll that I have. I haven’t been able to find out anything about it. Not sure if it was maybe a limited addition or just a rare one. New it had what could be best described as geri curled long hair and beard. The curl is no longer there. I believe it wore a tan outfit of some sort but not 100% sure about that. Any thoughts?

I have one of the very first “Baby Giggle Troll Dolls.” I think I am correct in saying I got her in the early ’90’s. I was much to old to be getting a baby doll, but i saw her and fell in love with her. My husband and I were shopping for our children’s Santa Claus when I saw her. My husband just ignored me when I told him I wanted her, asking, “What in the world do you want with a baby doll at your age.” I just didn’t say anything else. He gave me “Baby Giggles,” for Christmas. I was so touched I cried, and I have loved her dearly through the years and she looks like brand new. I am seventy five years old and I am in Assisted Living. “Baby Giggles,” is broken and will not crawl and giggle anymore. I am trying to fine someone who will give me information as to have her repaired. Many thanks, and God bless, Faye Carter

I have had my Troll Baby Doll, “Baby Giggles,” since the early 90’s. I think it was the first year they came on the market. She is broken and I am trying desperately to find out how to get her repaired so that she will crawl and giggle again. If you can please help me with this I would so appreciate it. I am seventy five years old and I am in Assisted Living and she is loved by so many and they would just love to see her work again. Needless to say I love her dearly and she looks like brand new.

Many thanks and God bless, Faye Carter

I found a long tailed devil troll at a garage sale. It has black fur (almost like rabbit fur) on its head, bottom and tail tip. It has blue eyes that are either plastic or glass. It retains the original tag around its arm, which has the name “Grum” on one side & “another scandia house exclusive” & copyright 1967 written on it. Any help I could get on this would be appreciated!

Does Dam still make trolls? Does anyone know who (if anyone) owns the rights (trademarks?) for Troll dolls?

Hi, Thank you so much for your informative site. I just wanted to ask a question. I see on Ebay people selling “Wishnik” Trolls as Dam Trolls? I was not under the impression that Dam made “Wishniks”. Could you clarify?
    Many Thanks!! C

I have a troll doll from 1965 that is unique because it has regular blond long doll hair not the normal fuzzy troll hair, only one I’ve ever seen. Any ideas
